Thank you for choosing Play Win. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application available on Google Play.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address and optional display name when you create an account.
• Device & Usage Data: Device identifiers, OS version, app version, performance metrics, crash reports, and analytics to improve the app.
• Transaction Data: When applicable, payment-related metadata and transaction records for purchases or payouts.
• Gameplay Data: Match history, scores, leaderboards, and in-game events to enable gameplay and matchmaking.
• Microphone Audio: When you choose to use the Private Room voice chat feature, the app captures audio from your device microphone only for real-time transmission to other participants in the same Private Room. Microphone permission is not required for normal Bingo gameplay.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the app and its features.
• Facilitate matchmaking and store gameplay progress.
• Process transactions and rewards securely.
• Analyze usage to improve performance and user experience.
• Communicate with you about account or security issues.
• Capture and transmit microphone audio for real-time voice communication in Private Rooms when voice chat is enabled.

Microphone and Voice Chat

The Bingo game includes an optional Private Room feature that allows voice communication between participants using your device microphone.

• Permission Requirement: Microphone permission is requested only if you choose to use voice chat in a Private Room. It is not required for normal Bingo gameplay.
• Microphone Usage: When you grant microphone permission and enable voice chat, the microphone captures your voice so it can be transmitted in real time to other participants in the same Private Room.
• Real-Time Transmission: Voice data must be transmitted over the internet in real time to enable voice communication with other participants. Your voice is not intentionally recorded or stored by the Bingo game.
• Technology Used:
  • WebRTC: Real-time peer-to-peer audio communication between Private Room participants is handled by WebRTC technology.
  • Firebase: Firebase is used for Private Room signaling and connection setup, including room information and establishing/maintaining the connection required for WebRTC voice communication.
• Privacy: Microphone audio is used only for Private Room voice-chat functionality and is not intentionally used for advertising, advertising personalization, profiling, or unrelated analytics.
• User Control: You can deny microphone permission or revoke it at any time through Android Settings > Apps > Bingo > Permissions > Microphone. If you deny microphone permission, Private Room voice chat will not work, but other Bingo gameplay features will continue to function where technically applicable.

App Permissions

• Microphone: The microphone permission is requested only for Private Room voice chat. It allows the app to capture your voice for real-time communication with other participants in the same Private Room.

Firebase and Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide and improve our app:

• Service providers for analytics, crash reporting, and payment processing.
• Firebase: Used for Private Room functionality and signaling/connection setup required for WebRTC voice communication.
• Third-party ad networks (in accordance with app-ads.txt and their policies).
• Law enforcement or to comply with legal obligations.

Ads and Advertising ID

We may display ads via third-party ad networks. We do not sell your personal information. Advertisers may use your device advertising ID to serve personalized ads. To opt out of personalized ads, visit your device settings.

We may share information with:

Data Retention

Security

We follow industry-standard measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. Report suspected breaches to our support email.

Children

Play Win is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.
