Download the PlayWin app from Google Play Store, open it, and choose your registration method:

• Google Sign-In: Click "Sign in with Google" and follow prompts
• Email: Enter email and create a password
• Phone OTP: Enter phone number and verify with OTP code
• Guest: Play without creating an account

Yes! Go to Settings → Profile → Edit Username. You can change your username once every 30 days. Username must be 3-20 characters and follow community guidelines.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the link to create a new password within 24 hours.

Yes! PlayWin uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in Settings → Security. Never share your password with anyone.

Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Choose either SMS or authenticator app verification. Follow the setup prompts and save your backup codes in a safe place.

You can earn coins through:

• Answering quiz questions correctly (10 coins per correct answer)
• Completing daily tasks (20-75 coins per task)
• Watching reward ads (5-15 coins per ad)
• Winning spin wheel and scratch cards (5-200 coins)
• Successful referrals (50 coins per referral)
• Streak bonuses and special events

There are several possible reasons:

• You redeemed coins for coupons
• You played games that cost coins (scratch cards, etc.)
• Your account was flagged for suspicious activity
• App sync issue—try logging out and back in

No. Coins are virtual currency with no real monetary value. They can only be used to redeem coupons from our store. This is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions.

There's no hard limit, but most players earn 200-500 coins daily through regular play. Earnings depend on:

• Number of quizzes completed
• Daily task completion
• Reward ads watched (max 10/day)
• Spin wheel and scratch card wins
• Your accuracy and streaks

Go to Settings → Wallet → Transaction History. You'll see all your coin earnings and spendings with dates and descriptions. You can filter by time period or transaction type.

There's no limit on the number of quizzes you can play daily. Play as many as you want! However, free users may have a cooldown period between quizzes (30-60 seconds).

If the 30-second timer runs out, the question is automatically skipped and marked as incorrect. You won't receive coins for that question. Use your lifelines wisely to avoid timeouts on difficult questions.

Yes! Our question database is updated daily with new questions across various categories. We add new questions every morning to ensure a fresh experience for all players.

This is rare, but it can happen due to:

• Server synchronization delays
• Network connectivity issues
• App crashes before answer submission

If you're sure the answer was correct, take a screenshot and contact support@playwin.app. We can review and adjust if needed.

Tasks reset every 24 hours at 12:00 AM UTC (Midnight). After completion, you must wait for the next reset to earn rewards again. Your local time may differ from UTC.

Your streak resets to zero if you don't complete at least one task within 24 hours. However, you can start a new streak immediately the next day. The longer your streak, the more bonus coins you earn!

You can complete all tasks at your own pace! They're available as soon as they reset. Most players complete them throughout the day to maximize their gaming time and engagement.

1. Go to Settings → Referral Program
2. Copy your unique referral code or link
3. Share with friends via WhatsApp, email, etc.
4. Friend installs app and signs up using your code
5. Friend completes their first quiz
6. You both receive 50 coins bonus!

The referral isn't counted until your friend completes their first quiz. They have up to 7 days to complete it. After 7 days without a quiz, the referral code expires and you won't receive the bonus.

PlayWin's fraud detection system may flag referrals from people living at the same address. While not strictly prohibited, the referral may not be credited if it appears to be from the same household. Genuine referrals from actual friends are always credited.

No limit! Refer as many people as you want and earn 50 coins per valid referral. You can also earn milestone bonuses:

• 10 referrals: +200 bonus coins
• 25 referrals: +500 bonus coins
• 50 referrals: Special badge + 1000 coins

2. Browse available coupons
3. Click on a coupon to see details
4. Click "Redeem" if you have enough coins
5. Coupon code will be displayed and sent to your email
6. Use code with partner merchant

Most coupons are valid for 30 days from redemption. Some special or premium coupons may have different validity periods (15, 45, or 60 days). Check individual coupon details for expiration date.

Coupons are non-refundable once redeemed. However, if a coupon doesn't work due to our system error, contact support@playwin.app within 24 hours with proof of redemption. We can investigate and refund coins if needed.

Try these solutions first:

• Copy the code exactly (including spaces)
• Check that coupon hasn't expired
• Ensure you're using it with the correct merchant
• Clear browser cache and try again

If still not working, contact the merchant's support team first, then contact PlayWin if it's a system issue.

You can watch up to 10 reward ads per day. Each ad typically rewards 5-15 coins depending on the ad length. Ad views reset at 12:00 AM UTC daily.

Possible reasons:

• You've watched your daily limit (10 ads)
• Ads may not be available in your region
• Network connectivity issue
• App cache needs clearing

Try restarting the app or checking your internet connection.

Some ads allow skipping after 5 seconds, while others require watching the full length. You must watch the entire ad to receive coins. If you close the app or skip, you won't receive the reward.

Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the prompts. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone!

PlayWin collects general location based on your IP address, not GPS data. This is only used for analytics and compliance. PlayWin staff cannot see your precise location. You can disable location services in app settings anytime.

No! PlayWin does not sell personal data to third parties. We only share data with trusted partners for essential services (payment processing, analytics, etc.) and only when necessary. You can request a data export anytime at privacy@playwin.app.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Force close the app (Settings → Apps → PlayWin → Force Stop)
2. Clear app cache (Settings → Apps → PlayWin → Storage → Clear Cache)
3. Restart your device
4. Update to the latest app version
5. Free up device storage space
6. Reinstall the app if issues persist

This is usually a network or cache issue:

• Check your internet connection (try WiFi vs mobile data)
• Clear app cache and restart
• Disable VPN if you're using one
• Wait 5 minutes and try again
• Check PlayWin server status: status.playwin.app

No. PlayWin requires an active internet connection to play quizzes, complete tasks, and earn coins. Some features may work offline but rewards won't sync until you reconnect.
