Agreement

By accessing and using PlayWin ("Service," "Application," or "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. PlayWin reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Your continued use of PlayWin following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Who Can Use PlayWin?

• Must be at least 13 years old (18+ in some jurisdictions)
• Must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Must not be prohibited from using PlayWin by law
• Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Must not have been banned or suspended from PlayWin
• Account must not be used for commercial purposes

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Not share your password or account access
• Not create multiple accounts
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all account activity

Account Creation

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person only
• Keep your contact information up to date

Prohibited Account Activities

• Using multiple accounts to game the system
• Sharing or selling account credentials
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access
• Impersonating another user
• Using bots or automation tools
• Harassing or abusing other players
• Posting offensive or inappropriate content

Account Termination

PlayWin may terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in cheating or fraudulent activities
• Violate applicable laws
• Provide false or misleading information
• Abuse other users or services

Coins Policy

• Coins are virtual currency with no real monetary value
• Coins cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or exchanged for real money
• PlayWin may adjust coin values or rewards at any time
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts
• PlayWin may reset coins if account is terminated

Coin Earning

You can earn coins through:

• Answering quiz questions correctly
• Completing daily tasks
• Watching reward advertisements
• Winning spin wheel and scratch cards
• Referral bonuses
• Special events and promotions

Coupon Terms

• Coupons are redeemed for coins and have no real monetary value
• Coupons are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Each coupon has an expiration date (typically 30 days)
• Expired coupons cannot be redeemed or extended
• PlayWin may modify available coupons without notice

Coupon Usage

• Coupons are only redeemable through partner merchants
• PlayWin is not responsible for partner merchant services
• Merchants may have their own terms and conditions
• Refund policies are determined by individual merchants

Redemption Limits

• Maximum coupons per day: 5
• Minimum coins required per coupon: Varies
• Coupons can only be redeemed by account holder
• One coupon per merchant per day

Referral Terms

• Both you and referral recipient must have valid accounts
• Referral must be genuine—not family members, spouses, or shared device users
• Referral recipient must complete their first quiz for credit
• Rewards: 50 coins per valid referral
• PlayWin may adjust referral rewards or terms anytime

Fraud Prevention

PlayWin actively monitors referral fraud. Prohibited activities include:

• Referring yourself using another account
• Referring family members living at the same address
• Using multiple devices to create fake referrals
• Purchasing referral codes from third parties
• Creating referrals for promotional purposes

Fraudulent referrals will be canceled and coins revoked.

Reward Eligibility

PlayWin may restrict or deny rewards to accounts that:

• Violate terms and conditions
• Engage in suspicious activity patterns
• Are flagged for potential fraud
• Have multiple associated accounts
• Use VPNs or prohibited tools
• Are from restricted regions

Reward Modifications

• PlayWin may change reward rates anytime
• New features may have different reward structures
• Seasonal promotions may offer bonus rewards
• Rewards may be adjusted based on user feedback

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using hacking tools or exploits
• Manipulating game mechanics or code
• Using bot automation or scripts
• Creating fake accounts for bonuses
• Attempting refund fraud
• Collusion with other players
• Reverse engineering the application
• Interfering with fair gameplay

Consequences of Fraud

If you're caught cheating or committing fraud:

• First Offense: Account warning
• Second Offense: 30-day suspension
• Third Offense: Permanent ban
• All coins and coupons will be forfeited
• No refunds will be issued
• PlayWin may report to authorities if applicable

PlayWin's Right to Terminate

PlayWin may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Cheating or fraudulent activities
• Violation of applicable laws
• Inactivity (12+ months)
• Payment fraud or chargebacks
• Abusive conduct

User Termination

You can terminate your account anytime by:

1. Opening the PlayWin app
2. Going to Settings → Account → Delete Account
3. Following the confirmation process

Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

After Termination

• Your account and all data will be deleted within 30 days
• All coins and coupons are forfeited
• No refunds or compensation will be provided
• PlayWin may retain data for legal or compliance reasons

"As Is" Basis

PlayWin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PlayWin does not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The service meets your requirements
• Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• Quality of service will meet your expectations
• Any defects will be corrected

Third-Party Services

PlayWin includes links to third-party services. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party content, services, or policies
• Errors or omissions in third-party information
• Third-party merchant disputes
• Links or redirects to external sites

Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayWin shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Loss of business or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use PlayWin
• Unauthorized access or data breaches beyond our control

Maximum Liability

PlayWin's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of coins on your account (or zero for free accounts).

Copyright & Ownership

• PlayWin and all its content are owned by PlayWin or licensed partners
• All copyrights, trademarks, and patents are protected
• You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content
• Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal action

License Grant

PlayWin grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Download and install the app for personal use
• Use the app in accordance with these terms
• Access the app's features and services

This license is personal, non-transferable, and revocable.

PlayWin Trademark

• "PlayWin" and associated logos are trademarks
• Trademarks may not be used without written permission
• Trademark misuse or counterfeiting is illegal
• PlayWin vigorously protects its trademarks

Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from PlayWin shall be resolved through:

1. Informal resolution attempts with our support team
2. Binding arbitration if informal resolution fails
3. You waive the right to jury trial or class action

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and PlayWin regarding your use of the service.

Amendments

PlayWin reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use following amendments constitutes acceptance.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
