Delete Your PlayWin Account
Permanently delete your account and all associated data
Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will not be able to recover your account, coins, coupons, or any game progress.
What Will Be Deleted
When you delete your PlayWin account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account Profile: Your username, avatar, and profile information
- Login Information: Email address and authentication credentials
- Wallet & Coin Balance: All coins and virtual currency in your account
- Quiz Progress: All quiz results, scores, and game history
- Referral Data: Referral links, referred users, and referral rewards
- Coupon History: Redeemed coupons, coupon codes, and redemption records
- Personal Information: Phone number, optional profile data, and contact details
- App-Related User Data: All other data associated with your PlayWin account
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud prevention purposes:
- Transaction Records: Transaction history may be retained for accounting and audit purposes
- Legal Records: Records required by applicable laws and regulations
- Fraud Prevention: Information retained to detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Backup Data: Backup copies may exist for up to 90 days
These retained records are anonymized and never linked to your deleted account.

Open the Play Win App
- Open the PlayWin mobile application
- Navigate to Profile section
- Go to Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Review the warning and confirm deletion

Will my coins and coupons be refunded?
No, coins and coupons cannot be refunded once your account is deleted. Virtual currency has no monetary value and cannot be converted back to real money.
Can I delete my account if I have referred other users?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time. However, your referral rewards will be forfeited, and the referral link will become invalid.
What happens to my referral data?
All referral data including your referral link, referred users, and referral bonuses will be deleted. Your referred users' accounts will not be affected.
Is there a waiting period before deletion?
No waiting period. Your request is processed immediately, but the account is permanently removed within 30 days.
Can I use the same email to create a new account?
Yes, after your account is fully deleted (within 30 days), you can create a new PlayWin account using the same email address.
Will my data be shared with third parties?
Your data will only be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud prevention purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy. It will not be shared with third parties.
